Surrey Children’s and Youth Social Care Support Services

Freedom provides a range of children’s social support services to Local Authorities or families in Surrey.

Our targeted support spans universal, early help, and high-level need or protection. We take a task-centred approach, working with children, young people, parents, and carers to set and achieve specific, measurable, and realistic goals.

Our services offer specialist one-to-one guidance and practical support for a wide range of developmental needs and complex challenges. We work with children and young people facing mental health difficulties, disabilities, and additional needs, including Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC/ASD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

We provide a range of support services for families and young people across Surrey, including family coaching, supervised and supported contact, life story work, and tutoring and mentoring for teenagers struggling in traditional education settings. We also offer short breaks and respite care for parents and carers. Freedom Children’s Social Care specialises in staffing for children’s homes and SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools, ensuring the highest standards of care and education. Our services are available to young people up to the age of 25.

We operate in Staines, Esher, Leatherhead, Redhill, Horley, Dorking, Guildford, Farnham, and Haslemere.

We use a collaborative approach and work holistically in partnership with other agencies and evaluate our services through measurable social work practice models. To find out more information, please get in touch.
