Family Support

Freedom Care team can provide families, children and care providers with regular support. We can look after a child or young person day times, evenings weekends and overnight. This can be to work alongside a parent or career with a child with challenging behaviours, additional needs, or disabilities. Our services are available to young people up to the age of 25.

Equally we can take full responsibility for a child for all or some of the day or week. We will ensure our worker fits into your family unit seamlessly and follows a clear remit ensuring we achieve the desired outcome.

Previously our support team have assisted local authorities be enabling them to place children with careers by increasing their care capacity. Similarly, this service is a great way of preserving placements with Foster Careers that could otherwise be jeopardised.

Our support services for children and families are available throughout Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, West Sussex and the Isle of Wight.
