Freedom Care offers a range of support packages to meet a variety of diverse needs including:

We can work with individual family members or the family unit, our combined packages of support may include other services to provide a package that best meets the need. For instance, our Family Coaching may be combined with family support and Life Story Work. Our highly trained, resilient team will work tirelessly to achieve the desired outcomes. All our support packages are created to meet individual needs and fit each set of circumstances. We will work to achieve Healthier Habits and improve the lives of all family members.
Our support worker services are available in Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey, West Sussex and the Isle of Wight. We are registered with National Autistic Society and Autism Hampshire, ensuring the highest standards of care and expertise in supporting individuals with autism and related needs.
