A message from our Managing Director, Fran Graves.
As we approach the end of 2024, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been an incredible year for Freedom Care Group and express my gratitude to all of you—our dedicated staff, loyal clients, and everyone who continues to support us. Your trust and encouragement inspire us daily.
This year, we’ve celebrated several milestones that mark our continued growth and commitment to excellence:
- We proudly welcomed Stuart Graves as Director and Quality Manager, strengthening our leadership team
- We’ve made significant progress toward NACCC accreditation for our Community Contact Services, a testament to our unwavering dedication to the highest standards of care
- We introduced Blue Light Card and Defence Discount Service benefits, offering discounts to those who serve our communities—a small way to give back to those who give so much.
Childcare Services: Our childcare team continues to flourish, welcoming new clients and supporting a wide range of needs, from wedding crèche care to providing staffing support for nurseries and childcare settings.
Social Care: In social care, our teams are expanding, and so is our portfolio of services for families and young people. We remain agile and innovative, ensuring we’re always the first choice for social care support across the South Coast.
Elderly Care: Our elderly care services have also seen continued growth, reflecting our commitment to delivering compassionate and tailored community support to those who need it most.
None of this would be possible without the passion and dedication of our amazing staff. Your hard work, professionalism, and care make all the difference. Thank you to our service users, clients, and those who have recommended our services or shared testimonials this year. Your support is invaluable and deeply appreciated.
As we look ahead to 2025, I am filled with optimism and excitement for what’s to come. Together, we will continue to build on our successes, providing exceptional care and support for those who need it.
